The final grade is the highest score of the two following:




  • Final written exam (100%) or

  • Final written exam (50%) + Other work (50%)


Subject matter

I. CRIMINAL PARTICIPATION



1. Authorship and causation: extensive and restrictive concepts of authorship



2. Participation. The legal system of articles 26 to 29 of the Criminal Code.



3. Participation in specific crimes and scope of article 28.



II. SPECIFIC OFFENSES AND CRIMINAL PARTICIPATION



1. Homicide and participation 



2. Drug trafficking (Law 15/93)



3. Money laundering (368-A)



4. Group criminality: gangs (204), fights (151 and Sports crimes: Law 39/2009), criminal association (299) and riots (302, 303)



5. The crimes of corruption provided for in the Criminal Code, in Law 20/2008 (criminal liability for crimes of corruption in international trade and private activity), in Law 50/2007 (criminal liability for unsportsmanlike behaviour) and in Law 34 /87 (crimes for which political office holders are responsible).
