Teaching method
The class will be taught mainly on the basis of discussions on the mandatory readings given for each topic, and three webinars open to the public. Students will have the opportunity to engage in structured peer-group debates. The students will also have the possibility to engage with guest speakers and civil society actors to further deepen their knowledge of the main fundamental rights challenges in the EU.
Evaluation method
Structured participation in 'discussion panels' (individual grade): 30%. Reports (group work): 70%
