Teaching method
The impact and benefits of the programme are aimed at students and candidates who wish to specialize in these areas of legal knowledge, but also at all those who anticipate a career mainly anchored within the legal system of which they are nationals, namely magistrates, lawyers, diplomats, consultants, and legal advisors, intra and extra muros.
Evaluation method
By the objectives and competences defined students take a written test in accordance with the statute regulations. Alternatively, they can complete a written assignment of up to 10 pages, including a cover page, for assessment purposes.
