Teaching method

The teaching will be both theoretical (analysis of the content of each class and discussion of the topics and doctrinal texts) and practical (discussion of practical cases and case-law and analysis of legislation). In this context, guest lecturers will be occasionally invited to participate in classes, ensuring that they will be "experts of recognized experience and professional competence", combining a solid academic preparation with significant practical experience in the relevant field.


Evaluation method

The evaluation method for this course will be continuous evaluation. The students who wish to do so will also have the possibility to be evaluated on the basis of a final written exam.
