Students will learn how to help enterprises to assess the Business Impact of Digital Projects in their digital transformation. More precisely, develop a Business Case, apply the Canvas Model and industry value drivers benchmarking and, assess the costs, gains and financials (ROI, IRR, NVP, TCO, PBP).
