Private Equity

Objectives

This course covers investments in private equity, what venture capita concept and / or Investments as the last stage of
restructuring and buyouts. Our approach takes into account the perspective of investors (general partner) covering topics
associated with the organization of private equity partnerships, setting up, fundraising and cycle of life of private equity
funds, investment in startup companies, buyouts and buy ins, development of capital.
