Leadership stream

Objectives

The Leadership Stream develops MBA student competencies in crucial leadership dimensions, including interactional skills,
communication skills, and se/f-development skil/s. Learning outcomes include improve the ability to: interact in a team
setting, design and deliver we/1-structured presentations, express oneself persuasively, address tough communication
issues, reflect on one's own performance, improve capacity to deal with time pressures, and establish a coaching program
for others.
