Education objectives
The Master's in Environmental Health and Climate Change aims to enable students to deepen their postgraduate-level knowledge and develop research skills with application in real labour market contexts.
The general objectives are:
- To train professionals capable of identifying, analyzing, and proposing solutions to problems in environmental health and climate change, based on scientific evidence.
- To develop advanced technical and operational skills in assessing environmental risks and their impacts on human health, with direct application in professional contexts.
- To enable students to independently prepare technical reports and collaborative research projects.
- To tailor the communication of research results in environmental health to various audiences (scientific, media, general public).
- To promote interaction with various institutions operating in the fields of Environmental Health and Public Health.

The minimum number of students required for the master¿s degree in Environmental Health and Climate Change to run is 25. The minimum number of students required for the master¿s degree to run is 15.
Fees

Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4.30 pm to 10.10 pm. Over two teaching weeks, synchronous online classes take place on Tuesdays, from 4.30 pm to 10.10 pm.

Conditions of admittance
- Hold a specific bachelor's degree in the area of health, with or without current activity in the area of health or, if not holding a specific bachelor's degree in the area of health, having a current activity in the area of health. - Professional experience of 5 years, minimum. - Proficiency in the English language. The application documents must allow proof of the duration of the professional experience (statements from employers, among others). Applications are analysed by the selection panel, which carries out a thorough scrutiny of all the elements provided, complemented by an interview if necessary.
