Teaching method
1 – Doctrinal lessons where the teacher present the syllabus. In these lessons the students are invited to participate by asking questions and making comments. 2- Individual presentations by students. In these sessions, the teacher will guide the students in oral presentations, in simulations of hearings of the ICJ and in the resolution of cases
Evaluation method
i) Moot court (written (40%) and oral (60%) pleadings). Grade obtained in the moot court may be improved in the written exam.
ii) Final written exam. Optional oral presentations are given a maximum of 10% bonus in the final grade.
